Return & Exchange Policy

Retail Purchase 
We understand that things happen so we will gladly return unopened products in original condition within 7 days from your purchase less shipping charges or applied discounts. We will exchange a product with14 days of original purchase. 

Please notify us via email if you will be exchanging a product you have purchased online at hello@skinspafacialbar.com. List your invoice number and reason for the exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once merchandise has arrived back to us and has been inspected we will then issue a store credit.

Allergic reaction must be reported to our store within 72 hours by calling 314 628 1202. 

 

Treatment Purchases
Prepaid treatment & series purchase may be refunded for unused treatments within 48 hours from the purchase date. After this period unused amount can be issued as store credit for other services or retail items. No refunds or exchanges after 48 hours. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
